Following its much awaited return to the physical stage, the TEDxAccra team has officially announced the expansion of its platform with two upcoming landmark gatherings: TEDxAccraWomen and TEDxAccra Salon.

TEDxAccra finally returned to Accra after a four-year absence. The 2026 edition took place at the Ghana Law Auditorium on the University of Ghana, Legon campus. The edition fell under the theme “Symbiosis”. 

Storytelling and Leadership are two inseparable couple. Great leaders have had lovable stories. Martin Luther King’s speech “I have a Dream”, delivered during the 1963 march, changed the face of segregation and human rights in the US and across the globe. 

Bringing together a powerful blend of creative entrepreneurship, data-driven insight, community building, and a passion for African youth culture, Zuu and Afi embody the spirit of ideas worth spreading.

Representing the pinnacle of contemporary art, environmental advocacy, tech entrepreneurship, and academic research, this initial group of speakers embodies the bold intellectual and creative momentum pulsing through Ghana and beyond.

As global challenges grow more complex and interconnected, TEDx Accra 2026 asks a critical question: How do we build sustainable futures through radical cooperation?
